Dwennimmen: Strength Paired With Humility

Dwennimmen — the graceful curve of the ram’s horns — represents two equally important virtues: strength and humility. In the Akan world, the ram is powerful, yet it bows its head. This balance is what makes the symbol so meaningful.

Our students embody this duality daily. They show incredible strength as they navigate challenges, yet they approach learning with humility — willing to grow, ask questions, and try again. Strength alone can harden us, and humility alone can shrink us. But together, they shape grounded, resilient, emotionally intelligent young people.

This symbol reflects the heart of our work: helping children build both confidence and character. Success is not just achieving goals — it is staying teachable along the way.
